VideoDownGo does not require an account for basic use and does not request your passwords or login credentials for supported social platforms.
2. Information we may process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- The media URL you submit.
- The detected source platform and technical media information.
- Job identifiers, processing status, timestamps and error information.
- Temporary media files created while preparing a download.

4. Temporary media storage
Media files generated by VideoDownGo are intended to be temporary. Production storage is configured to automatically delete temporary files stored under processing jobs after approximately 24 hours. Download links may expire much sooner for security reasons.
Operational records such as job status, timestamps and error information may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention or service reliability.
5. Third-party service providers
VideoDownGo currently relies on infrastructure providers including:
- Cloudflare for website delivery, Workers, D1 database, R2 object storage, Queues, DNS, security services and Turnstile.
- Render for background media processing infrastructure.
These providers may process technical information necessary to operate, secure and deliver the service according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile and abuse prevention
VideoDownGo uses Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive traffic. These systems may process network, browser and device information for security purposes.

If advertising services are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary to describe the advertising providers, cookies, consent choices and applicable data processing before those services are enabled.
9. We do not sell personal information
VideoDownGo does not sell personal information to third parties.
10. International processing
Our service providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
11. Your privacy rights
